Our Games Promotions Officer Shane Treanor will deliver two workshops in the coming weeks. A hurling workshop will will place Friday 25th January from 7.30pm to 8.45pm at Monastery Road. The session for Under 8 to Under 12 Hurlers will entail drills, games and training concepts with Barry Mullane,, GAA Development Officer. Note the course is aimed at coaches, not players, and participants are asked to bring a pen and paper.
Then on Friday 1st February a code of ethics workshop will take place 7pm to 10pm with the venue TBC. The course is a must for people working with children. Cost will be €5 and participants are asked to bring a pen and paper.
