As another season starts, mentors of the teams from Under 13 to Under 16 are asked to look at the numbers they have for the season ahead. Sadly, for this age group in particular, and mentors are asked to consider the following questions:
- How many players on your squad?
- How many players are used from other squads?
- How many players have been lost in the last 2 years?
- Do we know why?
It is now vital at the start of the year for the mentors of the Under 13 to Under 16 teams to meet to discuss these items, and consider a way of winning these players back. The Juvenille section are inviting you to take part in a meeting to look at player recruitment/retention. This will take place 9pm on Thursday February 23rd in the clubrooms.
