Best of luck to Andrea Bowe, Hannah Tyrrell & Suzanne Murray who are all involved with Dublin in the All-Ireland Senior B final v Cork on Saturday (Aisling McGing Memorial Cup Final 2009) in Thurles at 12.45pm. The match is also being shown live on TG4.
The significant feature of Dublins semi-final win over Kildare was the introduction of Hannah Tyrrell for the final fifteen minutes. She took a game that was hanging in the balance by the scruff of the neck and drove the Jackies on to victory scoring two points in the process. Could she make a start on Saturday? It remains to be seen. A big game will also be required of midfielders Suzanne Murray and Sinead Finnegan as they battle with Corks strong duo of Aoife Coughlan and Eimear OConnell.
Maria Kavanagh is also epresenting the Dublin Senior team in their All-Ireland 1/4 final against Kerry on Saturday.
