Tommy Kernan RIP

Round Tower GAA Club extends its condolences to the family of the late Tommy Kernan, former player. Funeral details follow. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

Tommy Kernan, Newcastle / Clondalkin, Dublin

Kernan Thomas (Tommy)(Sparks), 31st August, 2021, Peamount Road, Newcastle and formerly of Boot Road, Clondalkin; peacefully, after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family at home. Beloved husband of the late Phil and loving father of the late Niall and Eldon. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving daughters Catherine and Sinead, his adored grandchildren Graham, Craig, Dylan, Mickela, Brandon, Shannon, Darcy, Eldon and Arden, great-grandchildren Zach and Mylo, son-in-law Eddie, daughter-in-law Elaine, sisters, brother, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and his large circle of friends and neighbours.

May Tommy rest in peace

In line with Government and H.S.E advice regarding public gatherings, a small private Funeral Mass (50 people) will be held. Those who cannot attend the Funeral Mass due to the current restrictions please feel free to leave a message in the condolence book at the bottom of the page.

Tommy will repose at his home on Thursday evening only. Tommy’s Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday at 11am in St. Finian’s Church, Newcastle followed by burial in Newcastle Cemetery.
