We were delighted to host last week another two very successful school blitzes. The school blitzes help prepare local primary school children for their Cumann na mBunscol competitions. For the boys, five schools participated fielding six teams. The winners were Clonburris. For the girls, six school participated fielding eight teams. Clonburris completed the double. Many thanks to Round Tower Games Promotions Officer Shane Treanor, Seán McNamara, the referees and those who set up the pitches. Special thanks also to Aidan Cronin for his great help.
