This Saturday, February 27, popular Dublin band FitzaFrenic play in the club. Lead vocalist Conor McGrath is a footballer with Towers and all four members of the group are instrumentalists and deliver a very diverse sound together. The group have established an excellent reputation for themselves and an excellent night’s entertainment is in store.
A Disco is being held for 10 – 12 year olds on March 5 in the clubhouse and will run from 7-9pm.
Playing into St Patrick’s Day on March 16 will be traditional Irish music band Macheef, who return to the club following a successful gig in Towers over the Christmas period. The night’s entertainment begins at 8pm and admission is €10.
The following Friday, March 19, the Hurling Committee hosts its annual Race Night. This is one of the highlights on the club’s social calendar and is a vital fundraiser for the club.
