The Annual General Meeting of Round Tower GAA Club will take place in the clubrooms on the evening of Saturday 1st December 2012 at 5.00pm. Only paid up members are entitled to attend this meeting and only A members are eligible to vote. Any membership status related queries should be directed to the secretary at the earliest opportunity. Nominations for executive positions or motions for discussion on the evening should be with the secretary and addressed solely to the secretary seven days before the meeting. This year’s party will take place Saturday December 8th and feature a mulled wine reception that will be followed by a full Christmas dinner. The dinner will be served at 8.30pm sharp. And if you’re still up for it after you’re meal Cool Breeze, previous visitors to the club, will entertain all guests with their wide repertoire of musical hits. Only 90 people can be accommodated on the night so members are advised to book fast. Tickets are priced at €25 and can be purchased from any member of the social committee. Every year Round Tower GAA Club welcomes a very special visitor. Pencil Saturday December 15th into your diaries for 2012 as it is the day Santa Claus will make his annual visit to the club. Santa’s arrival will co-incide with the club’s kids Christmas party, which will run from 2pm – 5pm and feature a disco, with the tunes provided by DJ Robbie. Admission of €10 will incorporate a present, lots of fun, and an opportunity to meet the big man himself.
