Sunday 29th September was a historic day for GAA in Clondalkin and one that will live long in people’s memories. Over 6,000 people lined the streets of the village to welcome home one of our own, Jim Gavin, and his All-Ireland winning Dublin football team. Young and old celebrated. Round Tower GAA Clubs wants the images of this fantastic occasion not to be lost. We are now appealing to club members and people who took pictures to send to us or drop them into the club. We want to create a permanent reminder as to this fantastic day and ask you to assist us in this regard.
