Round Tower GAA Club welcomed two very special visitors to its clubhouse on Sunday, November 21st. Following on from the success of the Dublin Senior Ladies and the Dublin Senior B Ladies, the two respective trophies came to the clubhouse that day.
The Brendan Martin Cup was the reward for the senior footballers and our very own Maria Kavanagh played a key role in helping the Dubs take home the trophy, putting in an excellent performance at corner back.
The week before, Hannah Tyrell and Suzanne Murray did their bit for the county when they helped the Senior Bs claim the Aisling McGinn trophy.
Hannah took home the player of the match honour and Suzanne kicked a point from midfield.
Both cups were in the club from 2pm – 5pm and people were welcome to celebrate the ladies victory.
