The club is a holding a Family Fun Day & Barbeque on Saturday September 22nd 2012 in Monastery Road 1-5pm. There is no admission charge on the day. We are asking members & friends to help in planning this event and also to offer their time on the day to make this a successful event for the club. We are asking all team mentors to spread the word to your players and parents whether they can work on the day or/and support in any other way.Most importantly we will need donations whether it is baking cakes or donating a bottle, books, old toys etc. we are asking every family to make a contribution.
Planned activities are-
· Multi-games/activity area on the All weather
· Barbeque
· Cake stall/Coffee shop
· Bric a brac – unwanted toys, dvd’s, games, jewellery, handbags, sports gear, tracksuits, etc.
· Book stall-an opportunity to clear off the bookshelf!
· Bottle stall-bottles of all sorts, drinks, shampoo, oils, etc
