Registration is now open for the womens Mini Marathon on 6th June. You can Register online at http://www.womensminimarathon.ie, or pick up your entry form in the Evening Herald. Walk/Jog/Crawl the mini-marathon for your local GAA club on 6th June 2011 (10km/6Miles). A meet and train group are training regularly! All ages and fitness levels welcome. The Intermediate Hurlers beat Thomas Davis in the league.
The Senior & Junior A Footballers were beaten in cup action against St Brigids & Good Counsel respectively. The Minor Footballers drew with St Annes in the league.
This weeks Social events are as follows – Juvenile Bingo for 10-13 year olds follows Kiddies Bingo – both take place on Tuesday evening. The Fender men play in the Club on Easter Saturday night – admission is €5.
First there was Gaelic 4 Mothers, now we are going to try Gaelic 4 Fathers! We are going to start with a light training session on this Wednesday at 715pm in Monastery. Spread the word, all welcome!
