This weeks ‘Memory Monday’ brings us all the way back to 1993. 30 years ago, a super juvenile football team from Round Tower GAA Club historically won the All-Ireland u14 Feile in an epic battle in Tralee with Simonstown Gaels from Meath. Yesterday, this great bunch of players and their outstanding management team, led by Bernard Sheeran, gathered in Round Towers GAA Club for a well-deserved reunion. We have some great footage from the game, the celebrations in dressing rooms and the presentation of trophies in Round Towers by a young Towers player who would go on to be a legend in the GAA.
