Round Tower GAA Club expresses its condolences to the O’Connor family upon the passing of Margaret O’Connor. Margaret is the mother of Executive Member and Senior Football selector Billy O’Connor. She is the grandmother of players Liam and Niamh and Club Member Aoife. Margaret is mother-in-law of Social Committee Member Phil O’Connor. Unexpectedly on 24th March 2019, beloved wife of the late Jimmy Danny. Sadly missed by her devoted family, sons Dan, Billy (Dublin), Lar, James, Pat (Monasterevin) & Gerard (Dublin), daughters Mary (McCoy -Manchester), Julie (O’Connor), Paula (McCarthy – Abbeyfeale), Catherine (O’Halloran – Tralee), Ann (Lawlor – Carrigkerry) and Margaret (Ahern), sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, niece & extended family, partners, kind neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing in Kelly’s Funeral Home, Athea on Tuesday evening (26th March) from 5.30pm. to 8.30pm. Requiem Mass Wednesday (27th March) at 12 noon, burial afterward in Holy Cross Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to The Palliative Care Unit, Tralee General Hospital.
