Towers Óg returns in full!

We are back on Saturday morning with 2014, 2015 and 2016 born boys and girls and are especially looking forward to welcoming players who have not been with us so far this year.

In keeping with recent weeks we are asking parents to read the information below and pay particular attention to the new arrangements for TowersÓg 2020.

Co-operation from parents has been fantastic to date so a big thank you to you all.  We are asking all parents to wear face coverings while on our facilities and practice 2m social distancing in an effort to help stop the spread of the virus and we thank you in advance for your co-operation with this measure.

The advice from the HSE and Croke Park we must adhere to is as follows:

  • Only one parent may attend the Monastery Road complex – no siblings
  • Every parent must have completed the GAA’s e-learning module in advance of attending, screen grabbing the cert on completion before sending it to 087 9299488 with your name and that of your child. This only has to be done once (link here) so if you have done it, you do not need to do it again.
  • Finally, every time we come together the GAA’s Health Questionnaire must be completed for both parent and child – register yourself and your child separately. It takes a couple of minutes to register for the first time a couple of seconds to refresh every time you and your child attend training. Please select Round Tower GAA Club and ‘Academy’ in the drop down menu. (Link here). You do not have to send this anywhere as it is processed by the automated system.

We are asking all of our parents to co-operate with us on all of these measures; they are national government and GAA safeguards designed to keep our players, parents and volunteers safe and well.

Only those who have completed these measures can take part and gain access to our facilities.

Thank you for your help and understanding and we will be on hand to answer any questions or queries you may have tomorrow.

We look forward to seeing you and remember spread the word that all new boys and girls are welcome.
