Executive Committee Launch ‘Club Culture – The New Tower’s Way’

Last night, with the assistance of Jim Gavin, the Executive Committee of Round Tower GAA launched ‘Club Culture – The New Tower’s Way’. At last night’s event, a booklet on club culture was distributed to a great gathering of Juvenile Coaches.  The new club culture has been defined by the members of Round Tower GAA Club through a series of workshops and Jim Gavin was on hand to endorse the findings and elaborate on how to bring them to life in the team environment.
