Please see below a list of the workshops & Courses coming up in November. It’s our busiest month! We will only have 1 or 2 workshops in December and then a break until late January. I’ve included details on Practical workshops, Code of Best Practice workshops & Our Coach education programme (Foundation & Award 1 Coaching Courses) I have also included the same in the attachment above if any of you have difficulty getting all the info on the email. WORKSHOPS Football & Hurling: Field Based Conditioning Date: Thursday 8th November Venue: Eirns Isle (TBC) Time: 7.30pm Tutor: Robbie Bourke – Strength & Conditioning coach. He gained his experience working with top NFL teams & coaches in the USA and since he has come home has been working with Na Fianna, Wexford Football team and Dublin Ladies Football among others Cost: €5
Hurling: Individual Tackling Date: Friday 9th November 2012 Venue: St Judes GAA Club Time: 8pm Tutor: George O’Connor – former Wexford star (1979-1996) Cost: €5 Hurling: Hurley Repair Course Dates: 12th & 14th November 2012 (attendance on both nights necessary) Venue: St Davids Secondary School (woodwork Room) Time: 7pm – 10pm Cost: €80 (includes equipment – bring broken hurls)
Football : Give Us A Game – Games to Develop Football Date: Friday 23rd November 2012 Venue: Ballyboden St Endas Time: 7.30pm Tutor: Paul Clarke – former All Ireland winner & All Star for Dublin Cost: €5
Coach Education Programme Football Only – Foundation Award Dates: 12th & 14th November 2013 Venue: Garristown GAA Club Times: 7.00pm – 9.30pm Cost: €15 Football & Hurling – Foundation Award Date: Friday 7th Dec 7.30pm – 10pm & Saturday 8th Dec 10am – 5pm Venue: Round Towers Lusk Cost: €20

Code of Best Practice Workshops This workshop needs to be complete by every juvenile mentor!
