Morning Ireland, the country’s most listened to radio programme, visited Clondalkin this week ahead of Sunday’s All Ireland Football Final. Reporter Cian McCormack visited Clonburris National School, Jim Gavin’s old primary school. Clonburris is the school where Frank Roebuck, a member of Jim’s backroom team and a fantastic servant to local GAA and Round Tower, is teaching. School Principal Aideen Ryan and our very own Derek Murray spoke on the report about the excitement the Final is generating within the school and within the wider Clondalkin community.
