Carmel Boggans RIP

Round Tower GAA Club extends its condolences to the family of the late Carmel Boggans (nee Kernan). The Boggans and Kernan families have served the Club over three generations in many roles as Executive and social committee members, footballers, and camogie players, Carmel herself won camogie honours in 1951 while Paddy her late husband and his four brothers, Austin, Sean, Brian and Tom were part of the great Towers Intermediate team winning both league & championship and thus achieving Senior status for the Club in 1952. Our thoughts and prayers are with Carmel’s family at this difficult time. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam.
