As part of the Towers ABU strategy, the Coaching & Games Committee have prepared a Round Towers Technical pathway for all mentors and players in all codes from U7’s to U12’s (CCC1)
This is a best practice framework for player development based on a player centred approach that incorporates a player’s pathway with an emphasis on teaching the players all fundamental skills of our games i.e. the technical.
An introduction and a guide to implementing the plan will be provided on the 8th Feb 2023 in the Clubhouse.
