A Chairde,
Round Tower GAA club launched a five strategic plan in October 2013 which mapped out the future direction of our club.
We are now more than half way through that period and now is the time to review the plan – ensure it’s aims are still valid, the specific recommendations are still fit for purpose and discuss how we can complete this plan by October 2018.
To launch our review we are hosting a Club Planning workshop and open forum on Monday February 13th at 7pm in the clubrooms.
This workshop is being run in conjunction with Croke Park and will be hosted by Ruairí Ó hAirmhí, the Planning & training manager of the GAA.
We would urge all members, parents & stakeholders to attend and voice opinions on the setup and running of the club in the following areas.
- Coaching and Games Development.
- Club Structures.
- Finances and Fundraising.
- Facilities.
- Communication and PR
The purpose of this workshop is to fully engage with our members, parents, all those connected with the club and the wider community in Clondalkin so please give some thought ahead of the workshop on these topics.
We want to hear your views on how we can improve and this workshop will provide you with the platform to share your opinions and experience.
