Our Under 8 hurlers took the trip to Sandyford on Saturday last to play St Olafs in the latest of our hurling go-games. The weather was against us unfortunately and having cleared for the start of the matches it came down in buckets during the game. Each team played one game until we had to abandon ship. We won the three games and ran for cover but not before we presented our Player of the Week trophies for the first time. Congratulations to Mason Lee, Adam Flood and Joshua Lynch who were the first recipients. A special thanks to all the parents and supporters who braved the elements .
