Great weekend for the footballers who traveled to Kilmacud Crokes on Saturday morning. There were 9 games in total with both clubs fielding 3 teams. Towers won 8 of the 9 games . In only our second series of matches this was a notable performance.
The hurlers played Round 5 of the Gormanstown on Sunday. After our reversal last week this was a thriller against Commercials. Towers led 3 nil and looked in command of the game only for Commercials to come back at us and draw level. A late goal for Towers claimed a hard fought victory. Daniel Lindopp got all the Towers scores on the day. Thanks again to all the mam s, dads and supporters.
