The Intermediate Hurlers beat Commercials to remain top of the League. They now face Kilmacud Crokes at home on Monday evening at 7.30pm.

Congratulations to the Towers Senior ladies who beat Kilmacud Crokes in the Intermediate Championship Semi-final on Wednesday. They now face Clontarf in Swords on Wednesday 20th with a throw-in at 7.30pm. All support is welcome and best of luck to all involved.

 

Congratulations to Jack Whelan who won a Leinster Minor medal along with the Dublin Minor Hurlers last week.

 

Round Towers is offering you the chance to showcase your talent! Young or old, you could be the next big thing and the Towers Got Talent competition will afford you the opportunity to take to the stage and perform. There is no age limit for this competition so if your talent is in singing, playing instruments, dancing, comedy or you have something else to bring to the show, we want to hear from you. Congratulations to Siobhéal Keogh, daughter of long-standing club member and supporter Tony Keogh, who will represent Dublin in August’s Rose of Tralee competition. This is a massive honour for Siobhéal, her family, and the wider Clondalkin community. Siobhéal has played Camogie for Round Towers and all your friends in the Camogie section and throughout the club wish you the very best Siobhéal.

 

Gaelic 4 Fathers light training session continues on Wednesdays at 7.15pm in the Community Centre. Spread the word, all welcome!.

 

This week’s Lotto numbers were 11 – 14 – 29 – 30 Bonus Ball 10. There was no winner of this week’s Jackpot of €3,000. Congratulations to Carol Cryan, Margaret Stanley and Barry Gill Eva-Layla, who were the three €100 winners. Next weeks jackpot is €3,100.

 

Round Tower Summerfest 2011 continued on Saturday last and is the biggest Juvenile GAA tournament in the county over the summer – it caters for U8 to U11 age groups. There were huge crowds in attendance so come along next Saturday to witness some fantastic games.

 

Well done to Alan Milton & Conan O’Broin who along with Evanne Ní Chuilinn took on Finuge of Kerry in Ceist Gaa Le Hector in Connemara on Wednesday on TG4.
