“As Club President, it gives me great pleasure to wish Jim Gavin and the Dublin team the very best this coming Sunday. Jim is representing the county, Clondalkin and our club with great distinction. It is a tremendous honour to have a clubman managing the Dublin Senior Footballers.  Best wishes,” Tommy Keogh, Chumann an Chloigthti Club President

“On behalf of Round Tower GAA Club, I’m delighted to take this opportunity to wish Jim Gavin and the Dublin team the very best this coming Sunday. Round Tower GAA Club Members, supporters and the wider Clondalkin community are immensely proud of Jim’s superb achievement in guiding this Dublin team to another All-Ireland Final. I also take this opportunity to wish Frank Roebuck success on Sunday. Frank brings his love of the game and excellent knowledge of it to the Dublin set up and we are very proud of his participation with the panel.  I wish Jim, Frank and the Dublin team the very best this coming Sunday and hope to see him return once again to the proud GAA town of Clondalkin with Sam Maguire in tow,” Níall Ó Connachtáin, Cathoirleach, Chumann an Chloigthti

“As chair of Round Tower GAA Club Juvenile Section I am very proud to extend best wishes on behalf of the Roinn na nOg to Jim Gavin, Frank Roebuck and the Dublin team in their quest to recapture the Sam Maguire Cup. The children, teenagers and mentors within our section look up to Jim and see him as a role model. There is fantastic excitement amongst the boys and girls who play Gaelic Games in Clondalkin and our Juvenile Section (Roinn na nOg) ahead of Sunday’s Final.  It gives me great pleasure to say to Jim and Frank ‘Go n-éiri an t-ádh leat’ for Sunday’s game,” Liam MacLaughlin, Round Tower GAA Club Juvenile Chairman

“There is great excitement around Clonburris NationalkSchool at the minute. The school has a close association with the Dublin team. Manager Jim Gavin is a former pupil as is Seamus McCormack, Dublin team press officer. Frank Roebuck who teaches in the school acts as-in game analyst and makes up part of Jim’s back room team. We are all very proud of the huge work and commitment that they put into the team and wish them and the team all the best for the final. Up the dubs!!!”

We have no doubt that he will lead Dublin to victory and return Sam to his rightful home. Best of luck to Jim from all at Moyle Park,” Maurice Hartigan, Principal, Moyle Park College (Jim’s former secondary school)
