Camogie Update

A meeting for all interested in setting up a formal camogie section for the club will take place Thursday 14th April 2016 at 8pm. We have up to 130 players playing at all levels of camogie for Towers and welcome people who could assist in further developing camogie within the club.

Well done to our Under 13s who who secured their second draw of the year with a hard fought draw against Naomh Brid on Sunday. Having been down by 4 points at half time, the girls came back strongly in the second half and could have won it only for some last gasp defending by the Brigids girls. Every one of the 21 girls played their part in wet and windy conditions. Best wishes and a speedy recovery to the two Kates on their injuries. The team are pictured below

Also pictured below are our Under 11 teams (X2) who played Naomh Mearnog in a cold and windy Portmarnock today. Good performances all round.
