Round Tower AGM 2018 will take place in the clubhouse Saturday 24th November, commencing 4pm. Motions, Recommendations and Nominations to the Executive can be submitted to the Club Secretary in a secure box behind the bar or by email – firstname.lastname@example.org. These must be submitted by close of business 14 days in advance of the meeting – Saturday 10th November.
The meeting is open to adult Members only and only those with A Membership who paid before 31st March will be permitted to vote on the night. A listing of Membership and the categorisation of individual Members is posted on the club noticeboard.
All Members should check in advance and enquiries regarding Membership status can be directed in advance of the meeting to the Club Secretary or Assistant Secretary by emailing email@example.com.
