Update re AGM, 17th November 2017
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Round Tower AGM has been rescheduled to Sunday 3rd December. It will take place 4pm. Nominations and motions must still be submitted to the Club Secretary by close of business 18th November 2017. Please note, nominations and motions must be seconded by a Club Member. Motions and nominations can be submitted to the Club Secretary in a secure box behind the bar or by email – firstname.lastname@example.org
Round Tower AGM 2017 will take place in the clubhouse Saturday 25th November, commencing 5pm. Motions, Recommendations and Nominations can be submitted to the Club Secretary in a secure box behind the bar or by email – email@example.com.
A listing of Members is posted within the club. Only Members who paid their Membership on or before the GAA registration deadline of 31st March are entitled to vote, as per communication at AGM 2016 and by Executive at beginning of year.
Any membership status related queries should be directed to the Secretary or Assistant Secretary at the earliest opportunity by email above or by contacting Martin at 087 6741407 or Michael at 087 9082970. Nominations for executive positions or motions for discussion should be with the Secretary and addressed solely to the Secretary fourteen days before the meeting.
