Jo Keane RIP

Round Tower GAA Club extends its condolences to the family of the late Jo Keane. The Keane family have been closely associated with Round Tower GAA Club for many years and our thoughts and prayers are with them all at this difficult time. Jo’s family have asked over the coming days, everyone who knew Jo would take some time to light a candle or say a prayer in her memory. Funeral details follow. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam.

The death has occurred of Jo (Josephine) Keane (née McCarrcick), Monastery Walk, Clondalkin, Dublin

Keane (née McCarrick) Jo (Josephine), 28th February 2021, Monastery Walk, Clondalkin and formerly of Athlone and Tubbercurry, Sligo; peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at home; beloved wife of Ted, loving mam of Ruairí, Ultan, Caimin and Donnchadh and much loved Nana Jo of Naoise, Mia, Daragh, Dearbhla, Aoibhínn, Sadhbh, Liadain, Tadhg, Odhran, Megan, Micheál and Saorla.

Sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughters-in-law Sharon, Orla, Judy and Joy, grandchildren, sisters, brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

In line with Government and H.S.E advice regarding public gatherings, a small private funeral will be held. Jo’s family would ask that over the coming days, everyone who knew Jo would take some time to light a candle or say a prayer in her memory.
