Towers girls representing Dublin this weekend

Fantastic county representation for Round Tower lady Footballers this weekend.

Dublin Lady Minor Footballers play Kildare in the Leinster Final this Bank Holiday Monday. Three Towers ladies are on the Dublin panel: Amy Conroy, Sinead Collins and Sarah-Jane Hecker. Amy is aiming to win her fifth Leinster Championship medal, Sinead her third and Sarah-Jane her first. The match will be played at St Peregines, Blakestown, with throw-in at 3.30pm.

Riona McTavish proudly captained the Dublin Ladies Under 16 Footballers last weekend in their triumph against Offaly. Riona and the Dubs are out again this weekend when they take on Westmeath in their final series of Leinster Championship games. Throw-in is 2pm at Parnells GAA Club, with the match being played Saturday.

And Emma O’Malley is togging out for the Dublin Under 14 Ladies Footballers, again in the Leinster Championship. They face Louth on Sunday with throw-in at 2pm at O’Dwyers GAA Club.

A Leinster Final for Riona and Emma awaits, as both sides have qualified for their respective provincial finals.

We wish all the girls representing their county the very best this weekend. To represent your county is a fantastic achievement and Round Tower are very proud of their accomplishment. Best of luck girls!
